(NSG) will be held in Des Moines, Iowa from July 24–August 4, 2025. The NSG is an event hosted by the National Senior Games Association (NSGA) that aims to promote healthy lifestyles for seniors. Athletes must qualify to participate in most sports by competing in an NSGA Member Games in 2024, such as their in-state Senior Games qualifier.
We are aiming for the gold!!!
Our journey began in October 2022 with one team of seven players. We currently have three teams: 50-54, 55-59, and 60-64.
